Ipad data recovery
Can we recover data from Ipad's Onenote which was never Sync with ICloud & didn't sync with Office 365 for a week. Onenote was uninstalled and we have lost the unsaved data.

tbh, I think you're buggered and its gone for good, When a app is removed, its junk is also cleaned out - hence why andriod and ipad os is rather good keeping itself managed to a certain degree.

Your best bet would be to scan your iPad with a data recovery application. Try this http://www.itninja.com/link/iphone-data-recovery-software-for-mac-and-windows
