K1000: Limiting number of user downloads
Is there a way we can limit a user to only download software (like Ms Office) twice then restrict them until they contact us to download again?
We allow users to download office on there home computers but we would like to restrict them to only download twice. Is there any way we can do this?

If it is in the User Portal they can download it as many times as they like. There is no option or setting to limite the number of downloads they can do.
Now, there is a download log. So you could get creative and build a report to see if anyone has triggered the download more then twice and remove them from the label that allows them access to the software.
