K1000 Agent Settings

We upgraded to 5.2 over the weekend on our k1200 and we can't find the agent settings any longer. the load has been over 10 today and we'd really like to adjust the settings.

It's in the same location as before, no?

Settings -> K1000 Agent -> K1000 Agent Settings

Yes, same as before the upgrade, but because it is a global setting it is in different place for a box with ORGs versus one without ORGs (formerly known as 1200 and 1100 license keys respectively):
System Org->Settings->Control Panel->General Settings

It's where I stated in my K1100 after upgrading to 5.3.

Ah yes, thanks Gerald. Multi-org was the culprit - kind of what i figured.

Well, you've got task throughput there... but you're looking for the check-in intervals and what-not? Perhaps Gerald can answer, because I don't have easy access to a multi-org box at the moment...

I'm confused then because your latest screenshot shows the "Agent-Server Task Settings" and the option "Task throughput". That is the governor for concurrent tasks on your Kbox and this is what I was wanting you to find. If your kbox is overload with tasks then you can lower the throughput -- try going from 5 to 3.

In older versions (pre 5.1) we used a different technique so the governor had a different name. Perhaps you were hoping to find that?

Anyway, if this isn't it can you explain further what it is you are trying to find?

The agent intervals are ORG specific but still governed by the master admin since the settings have ripple effects for all ORGs so you go to
System ORG -> Organizations->Pick One
