K1000 - Service Desk: How do you set a default view when logging into the service desk
I would like to set up default views of all open cases for users, currently the default view is owners open cases only. If anyone knows where to change this please advise and thank you for your time...JB

There doesn't seem to be a way of doing this from within KACE itself. This has been an issue for us too.
Our workaround was to create a custom view to display all calls with a status not equal to closed. Then use a use a shortcut or bookmark directly to the custom view.:-
