Kace 9.1 and mac profiles

It seems Mac Profiles do not work anymore starting from Catalina. They are not pushed out.

In the dropdown where I can select macos versions all of them are listed and selected. If I try to assign it individually to a single machine, the dropdown do not show me all the mac devices, I am missing all the Mac MY 2019. Is there a reason for this?

Hello, thank you for the answer. I am on SMA 9.1 and I can't update at the moment. I will dismiss this appliance soon but I'd need to achieve a rollout using profiles. I cannot understand while in the device input it does not show all my Macs. The most recent are missing. I selected "Mac" in the "operating system" section.

I there!
I'm with same problem too!

KACE SMA (v12) only allow to detect macos versions <=10.10 !

That seams odd!

Reading the manual also refers to :
"After you add or upload Mac profiles to the appliance, you can use the Run option to install those profiles onAgent-managed Mac OS X devices running version 10.8, 10.9, or 10.10."

Really!?

which version do you use?
9.1 is higher than the latest SDA (8.2 as of today) and way lower than the SMA (12.0 as of today)
Update to the latest version (as always)

Please upgrade to a supported version of the SMA.

Once this is done if you should still have an issue, would you please provide more information about the profile?
