Here is basic email response.
Notice the html tokens in bold. You can look these up on kace support that's what use when automatic reply's go out.

Old thread, but I have a question about the above comment. I'm using a very similar format to this, BUT on the [$ticket_number] field, it's coming back as TICK:000whatever. How would I change that to just say the actual ticket number, without the TICK: before it? - MadJack75 8 years ago
