Kace not finding the devices of the same configuration for patch detect and deployment for few devices
Hi There,
We have couple of devices(850+) with the operating system win7 x64, and a specific patch got installed only on 700+. Kace has not detected the other 150+ devices of the same configuration for the patch which is applicable for the Win7 x64 architecture. But deployment is going on all the devices.
Please provide any help on this where things are going wrong. we frequently run the patch detection on all patches against all devices still not able to find the root cause. if someone can help me with this.

Do you do separate "detect" and "deploy" jobs, or do you do one "detect and deploy" job? Are all 850+ devices on all the same schedules? Are you absolutely certain the devices are on the same windows "build" and "revision"? - JasonEgg 6 years ago
