Hey guys,

I am an Information Technology Specialist, a more fancy title for a Help Desk Technician. I am fairly new to Kace, and have discovered that I can maintain my labs way easier using Kace, than maintaining them in person. That being said, I would like to learn more about the Desktop Shortcut Wizard, and how to properly utilize it. I have a lab that I am needing to deploy a shortcut to any and all users on every machine. I know how to use software distribution, but nothing about pushing a simple shortcut. The shortcut will be linking back to a website. I don't quite understand how to properly fill out the fields in the Desktop Shortcut Wizard to create the shortcut, so that would be a big help. Also on a side note, is there documentation that I can get and read on to make myself more effective at utilizing Kace, or some online training I can go through?
