kbox 1000 and Dell e5510 BSOD

Hi, I have a DELL Latitude e5510 client which wont pxe boot to kbox. I get BSOD after the first kbox screen. I suspect its a network driver issue. This is a brand new machine out of the box. I have downloaded the latest NIC drivers but dont know how to update kbox?

If you're getting the BSOD it's possible that you're not even booting into the boot environment, in which case you'll need to verify that PXE boots are working at all. Assuming you are in the boot environment and you're getting the dreaded BSOD, you need to add the drivers to your KBE environment. This should have been covered in your JumpStart training, and or your trial KBOX- but here's the overview:

The first (arguably best) line of defense in my opinion is the Driver Pack from Kace: http://www.kace.com/support/kb/index.php?action=artikel&cat=70&id=1020&artlang=en
You'll unzip that to the driver share on your KBOX (//k2000/drivers) into the appropriate KBE (kbox_winpe3_x##) folders.
Recache your drivers, then rebuild the boot environment.

The same concept applies for drivers other than the driver pack, but you'll need to find the drivers and put them in the folders. For KBE you'll use Win7 based drivers; make sure you copy the DRIVERS, not the installers. Feel free to contact me, your trainer, or support directly if we can be of any additional assistance.

Note that this was posted in the K1000 forum, but seemed to be related to the K2000. The response I gave was for the K2000 - Systems Deployment Appliance. If I've misunderstood your post, please advise.
