Killing all MS office 2007 process

Killing all MS office 2010 process via Kace to start the uninstallation of 2010 and then MS office,

with help of our forum members, i have created a script that uninstalls the MS office 2010 and then installs the 2007

how can i kill all MS office process so that machines doesnt have any issues/erros when running the kace script?
