Modify Work Entered table/columns
We just created a new Helpdesk Queue (copied from an existing) and noticed that table for Work Entered (adding time) isn't sized the same as the other queues. The name, start time, end time, adjusted hours, and hours are all bigger while the notes field is smaller. Is that something that can be changed? If so, where at?

The only place I can think of is in Service Desk>Configuration>Queues>Name of the Queue>Edit Mode>Customize Fields and Layout

Thanks for the reply. I've compared those settings to one of the old queues and everything matches up the same. I'm not even sure what this section is referred to within KACE, which doesn't help with trying to figure out how to adjust it. I may just have to open a Support Ticket and see what they say about it. - JDS300 11 years ago
