New registry key makes Windows run better...

Everyone, I found a discrete registry key that will make Windows run much better...try it out!!  [:D]

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion]
 "DontSuck"=dword:00000001

Perhaps this will be with Vista SP1? Otherwise, I think it is a fitting addition to an Outlook 2007 MST.
