Office 2010 and forcing duplex printing
Hi All,
Hope this is the right section.
We have Windows 7 32bit deployed to our classroom pc's and Office 2010 installed. We also have network printers added on user login and we have recently been setting them all to duplex. The duplex printing goes out to the classroom pc's alright but the user has the ability to change to single sided printing. I've set the duplex printing under Printer Defaults on the server so they reset when the user logs in next time.
Is there any option in office 2010 to remove/block the choice? We're looking to same on paper.
Thanks

I'am not that into printing servers and so on but I think you've got the possibility to change the security permissions for each printer. If you set the permissions for the user group to all denied but allow the access to use the printer this could do the trick. Hope this will get you on the right path....
