I didnt realise v4 had been released thought 3.1.5299 was the latest, where did you hear this?

A friend said they had it, but now im starting to wonder if I just make that up (which is proberly why i cant find it)!

I think ORCA 4 is part of the Microsoft Windows Software Development Kit for Windows Vista

Is that link the same as 6.1.6000.16384.10.WindowsSDK_Vista_Feb2007Update_rtm.DVD.Rel.iso as the iso contains orca 3.1.5299,

Seems to be as the Microsoft Windows Software Development Kit Update for Windows Vista points the the same "DVD ISO image" as you posted.

Someone has updated the sdk thread, looks like its just on the MDSN media at the moment... good heads up tho'
