organizations
We have three organizations, workstations, servers and default (not a big fan, but it's what I inherited). Here is what I and more specifically the boss would like. When we click on the please visit the help desk at url - we want it to default to workstation - not default. Can I do it, if so, how?

thanks. that is what I thought, but it never hurts to ask. No I'm not going to pay for them to make it work that way. maybe put it in as a nice enhancement. - anaccarato 9 years ago

If you don't like ORGS you can ask support to give you a new key that removes ORG and have everything just under one, the default. It is no cost to get a new key to remove ORGS. - nshah 9 years ago

Currently there's not an option that i can find that can relate an ORG to a specific URL that they login to.
You can either have it set to drop-down select the ORG, or manually type it in.
There might be some options via Kace's Professional Servies to do some customization around that (fee-based)
