purge Attachments Older than a year
We've archived over 15K tickets from our K1000 version 5.5.30276, and we've read the article at https://support.software.dell.com/k1000-systems-management-appliance/kb/118620 that has the procedure for purging attachments that have been archived on version 5.3 and 5.4 Kbox. When we run the SQL report we find there are over 5K attachments to delete that are over one year old, but we don't have the file (patch) kbox_patch_hdattachmentshare.kbin from this article, and it appears that we need this even with version 5.5. Can anyone confirm that we need this patch for version 5.5 or point us to the KB to successfully purge our attachments older than one year from the K1000 version 5.5 appliance? Thank you.
