Radia Inventory: config file parsing to the RIM database and presenting this information in RMP
Hello, I have the situation, when to get advanced inventory I have to:
[>:] parse flat files for configuration parameters (for example /etc/nsswitch.conf),
[>:] put this data to new table in RIM database,
[>:] show this data on a web via Radia Management Portal interface.
The questions are:
[8|] Is it possible to do such things in Radia environment?
[8|] Is the only way to get inventory info about servers and disks arrays (for example Sun StorEdge T3) is querying WBEM? And nothing else :-(
[8|] Please, suggest me the optimal way!?
