Report to show BIOS Update Completed

Is there a report (SQL) that can be created to show:

Machines with a completed status of a Dell Update Schedule?

There isn't anything readily available in KACE that shows me if a Scheduled Dell BIOS Update has been completed on a PC.  I have to go into the Device record and check.  I want the report to automatically email to me when it is completed.

I'd like to show the system name, ip address, and a few other things of the machine.
