Im needing help with this and can't find much online about it. i also posted over on the Micosoft technet forums but one on has responded.

Here's what i posted:

We just recently implemented WOL in our environment and are using Wake-up Packets only. The WOL piece is waking the PCs up with no issues, but the timing of when it wakes them up isn't right. I did a bunch of searching and found KB957255 but that only relates to SP1 and we’re up to SP2 R2. What I’m seeing is as soon and i create the advertisement the PC is being woke then, instead of around the scheduled time. I haven't found anything online related to this issue unless were talking SP1. Is there something I’m doing when setting up the advertisements or is there something else i need to check? Thanks in advanced.
