Search Tickets by Date Range

Is there a way to use Advanced Search within the Service Desk tickets view to find tickets created within a date range?
(Hopefully you can see the image of an attempted search that didn't work).

It's the right idea but the format for date is YYYY-MM-DD

e.g. 2010-05-14
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
