Ticket Rule to update Title
Currently i have my Title filed as Read-Only for all users of the queue.
I want the title to be set as the chosen Category by the user right after the ticket is created.
I've already tried on tweeking the update rules, but I always end up where the category will always be set as the first choice even though i chose the 3rd choice on the drop down list.
