Ticket Templates - Choose Action
I attempted to enable the Ticket Template, and it was observed that the "New" Command was detached from "Choose Action" with a list of ticket templates, even though there was just one template available. We didn't want ticket templates to be an added click for users to deal with, is there a way to have a ticket template be used for all tickets while keeping "New" under "Choose Action"?
