TomTom Media Center - is it worthy?

Has anybody used TomTom Media Cente by Mobilnova?
It is written on their websites: "Media Center for TomTom extends all-in-one TomTom navigation systems into a portable video, MP3 Player, picture viewer, PDF reader and portable gaming console".
I'd rather buy it, but wanted to know the feedback first...
