training videos
I created an account. Paid for the premier membership. How do I view the videos? When ever I hit the play button it takes me to microsoft to download media player 10.

Try it now.
The process to update your account to premium level is not automated. You should have got an email stating it would be done within 48 hours. This is just to cover a potential outage period- I can normally take care of it within a few hours (in this case only 2 hours). Depite what everyone says about me I don't spend ALL my time online. ;)
