Using Dell Kace to Keep Track of VPN renewals
Is it possible to use Dell Kace to keep track of VPN renewals for a user and automate the notification process. Once a VPN is expiring within 30days, auto create a ticket and notify the user? Currently we use a spreadshee and do everything manually.

How exactly does the VPN expire? Do you mean the password to the VPN service? - jknox 10 years ago

We have a policy that every user must sign the VPN paperwork annually, otherwise their VPN access will be revoked. So we manually look at the spreadsheet at the beginning of each month and send out notifications to users with expiring VPN agreements. - GenesisLV 10 years ago
