why can i download the file from download tab.
i try to download remove dpi install from download list, there is not link to get the file.

What is the job type of "remove dpi install"? How is the download configured in Service Desk > User Downloads: Is it enabled? Are you using labels to restrict access? Are you sure those labels are populated correctly? - JasonEgg 6 years ago
