Windows 10 Architecture Not Lisited KACE Media Manager

a) I am trying to upload Winodws 10, 64bit media into the Dell KACE library, but when I tried to choose architecture windows 10 not listed there, please see the screenshot for more details. (What to do in this case ?====================================================================================================================================
b) Previously I uploaded Windows 10 Media at that time (I chose select Windows 7 Media Source) its working for remote site appliance with scripted installation, but when I tried to Create a Boot Environment but it's not copying windows 10 OS files.
c) I have Created new scripted image of windows 10 but its not showing in boot environment (What to do ? )

What version is your kbox and meida manager? I think you need to update your kbox and media manager.

Hi , I am running with K2000 MM Version 9.9.9

I have MM 9.9.9
if I do properties on the kmediamanagerwin.exe if shows file version 4.0.695.0. Is the windows 10 adk installed on this machine you are running MM on? - SMal.tmcc 7 years ago -
The MM version is dependent on the Kbox version. You would update your kbox to newest version and then re-download from the library - SMal.tmcc 7 years ago

Hi , as per your post I upgrade my KBOX version
Old Version was 3.6.98680 I update this with 3.7.113224 but after this my am getting error while image deployment,
Now again its showing update version 3.7.116629 [Release Notes] what should I do ??
Is there any precaution before version upgrade because I dont want to loss any kind of configuration and data .

You need to uninstall the old one.
Then go to the dell website and download
and install the latest media manager.
Follow the admin guide....you cant go wrong...
