It's pretty easy to script an uninstall of Flash.

Firstly go to the Adobe website and download their uninstaller tool.
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html#main_Download_the_Adobe_Flash_Player_uninstaller

Run the tool with your favorite scripting tool and add the 
-uninstall
string to the command line.
