Please keep in mind that this description assumes as result a corporate package, where distribution and update(s) are not included and handled separately.

1 - Download up-2-date version from: "http://www.filehippo.com/download_google_chrome/"
Copy-paste the version number. In this outline i'll be referring to this number with %version% (i.e. 4.0.295.0)

2 - Repackage the following steps:

- Install Google Chrome normally, don't start it yet

- Copy the 'Application' folder from default Installation directory i.e.
For Windows XP : %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application
For Windows Vista/7 : %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application
to a folder inside 'Program Files' folder, eg: C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application

- Add or adjust the following Registry information:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Update\ClientState\{8A69D345-D564-463c-AFF1-A69D9E530F96}]
REG_SZ -> "dr" = "1"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Google\Update\Clients\{8A69D345-D564-463c-AFF1-A69D9E530F96}]
REG_SZ -> "name" = "Google Chrome"
REG_SZ -> "pv" = "%version%"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Google\Update\ClientState\{8A69D345-D564-463c-AFF1-A69D9E530F96}
REG_SZ -> "pv" = "%version%"
REG_SZ -> "LastInstallerSuccessLaunchCmdLine" = "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe"

- Start Chrome from it's new location and configure it by your corporate standards. Restart Chrome a couple of times, to be sure all the settings are enforced correctly

- Finish the package
