Script
I did found this useful tip on spiceworks.

To deactivate an installation by script, which can be useful if you are sure when the machine(s) is being tossed around and used by multiple users and the users hop computers all the time.
Here are the steps needed, you can incorporate them in your own (logoff GPO) or shutdown command...

  1. Go to your office folder (64-bit version of Office 2013: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15 or 32-bit version of Office 2013: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15)
  2. On the command line use: cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus for all activated keys.
  3. Then use: cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey: <last five characters of product key> to remove them.
  4. Restart computer
!!Remember that the next time a user must first sign in(which requires internet) to use office 365!!
You can use cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:value to activate an license (change value!)
