Agent uninstall/install failed

I have several machines with the same problem. I tried to uninstall the old Agent and install the new version but it didn't work! In this case - upgrade from version 5.3.53177 to version 5.5.30275. Has anyone else such issues?

Tia!

  • Having the same issue. Bumping instead of making new thread.

Manual uninstall completed normally. Trying to reinstall after gives:

I get this too.  I'm sure it's a bug.  However if you look closer at the re-install, it probably succeeded.  If not, then check the boxes for Bypass Port checks and maybe Enable Debug Info.

After pushing the re-install, I usually watch the PC's files or wait a bit and do a global search by IP for it to check in.

Both my uninstall and install will typically fail.
