How do I fire a process/workflow via email submission
I have a K1000 and have created a Process for New Hires. Everything works as planned except that emails to the specified email address only create a ticket and not the process/workflow that is desired. I see the option to Convert a ticket to a Process under the Ticket Actions once created, but I would like it to kick off the process rather than just create a ticket that someone has to manipulate.
1. Can it be done without scripting? Am I just missing something?
2. I would think that if there is a command in the menu to do this, it must be able to be scripted. Any ideas/resources/recommendations?
