how to mass modify a field in service desk
I have a need to modify a field (customer) in all tickets (open and close) where the field now contains customer = abc and I need it to be customer = xyz. Can this be done with a SQL script?

When you say create a rule, are you talking about a rule as outlined in the Service Desk Admin Guide? Thanks - nadecats 9 years ago
