How to synchronize the deleted user from the active directory to the KACE K1000?

is it possible to synchronize the deleted user from the active directory to the KACE K1000?
If you select the ticket creator manually, you are able to choose user, which was deleted in the Active Directory for a long time.

KACE SMA does not sync with AD....
It uses LDAP queries to pull information from it... and SSO to authenticate your credentials via AD.
If you are looking for something like,:
-User A is deleted from AD.
-Then
-User A is deleted from KACE.
--That sounds like syncing, something the KACE doesn't perform--
I believe that is not possible... I could be wrong, let's see what others say.
