KACE 9 Tray Icon actions?
I was under the impression that end users would have the ability to perform actions from the Systray Agent... most importantly, submitting helpdesk tickets.
I only see 4 submenu items; Status, Invetory, Restart Agent, and About.
Am I missing something?

No, the systray Icon is right now only for restarting the agent (and doing inventory)

as far as I am aware it is not.
And the end user usually should not need to do so, but I can think of a service desk call, where the SD engineer asks the customer to click this feature.
If you updated from pre 9.0 the function is disable by default. I am not 100% if it is default enabled in 9.0
