Proxy Setting getting unchecked.

I am using Kace1000 to push windows updates. We use an automatic configuration script.  But after the computers reboot they proxy is still there but the use automatic configuration script is then unchecked. Is this normal and how do I make sure that the script stays selected. I've tried to put a bat file in startup and that works as long as the person logging in has admin priv's.

Thanks in advance.

Joe
