Seperate Queues, Seperate User Consoles?

We have been using Kace for over a year now and used only a single queue for our IT group. Now I have been tasked with creating "off shoot" IT Departments.

Setup:

Queue 1 Accessed with User Console as normal to submit tickets

Queue 2 Created with 3 Users outside of our IT group that handle certain software in our environment. I would like to have a User Console that is linkable for end-users to submit tickets only for Queue 2 leaving no access to Queue 1 or accidental redirection.

There is only one user console.

You will need to create a label with those three users, and make sure they are only ones to access Queue 2.
And then maybe do this:

There is only one user console.
Use labels and roles to split the user base as you like.

If you want to split them _REALLY_, so also different databases for each queue is used to make it _REALLY_ hard to get access to another queue, contact your sales rep to modify your license into an ORG license, and you have many different orgs with their own setup, label groups, own databases etc.
