The uninstall-string MsiExec.exe /i {1D181764-DCD0-41B8-AA7B-0A599F027A72} NOT_STANDALONE=1 /qn /norestart does NOT work in quiet-mode.

You have to uninstall this way:

Elements: MsiExec.exe /x {1D181764-DCD0-41B8-AA7B-0A599F027A72} NOT_STANDALONE=1 /qn /norestart

Organizer: MsiExec.exe /x {D4D065E1-3ABF-41D0-B385-FC6F027F4D00} NOT_STANDALONE=1 /qn /norestart

If you have some errors writing to "C:\Config.Msi\xxxxxxx.rbf" during the uninstallation make sure that the program folders of Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 (f.e. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 11" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Elements 11 Organizer" are excluded of de virus-scanning.

In our example we are using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8.
