Deleting machines in the K1000
is there a way to delete machines from kace automatically when they will be deleted in active directory?

As mentioned you can use MIA but the record of the machine will still be in Assets as that won't get deleted. It will have the history of that device there until you manually delete it. - nshah 10 years ago

The only automated mechanism for deleting computer inventory items is through the MIA Settings, to delete systems that haven't checked in over a given interval.
While we would love to have an archived inventory, we have opted to manually delete the inventory records as part of our surplus process to keep our licensing in compliance.
