Does the KACE 1100 have a trend detection feature that will result in an alert being sent to a designated user?

If multiple similar work requests are created within x amount of time, is there a way for this trend to be detected, and an alert sent to designated user? For example, if multiple users within the same six hours report receiving a similar phishing schema email (and thus mutiple work requests are created with category: email-->phishing), can this trend be detected?

You would have to create a custom ticket rule to do this using sql.  I am testing it now and will let you know the results.
