What OS is the machine running? Can you ping the K1000 from the machine/access the web interface? When you manually installed the agent you inputting the address for the K1000? Also try finding the ip address of the machine and on the K1000 admin web interface goto Settings->K1000 agent tab->Single Machine provisioning. Input the IP, domain, admin username/password, etc and run it. If it fails click on the scan and look at the logs and see what it says. - HomerM 11 years ago

Try adding the KBOX IP and host name to the hosts file on a machine that isn't checking in. If that works, it's likely a DNS issue. - nshah 11 years ago
