I need a user account to test changes that the end user sees.
I made a user in AD and its not showing up in Kace after a scheduled push. When I try to log in with that user I get Login Failed: Incorrect LDAP user name or password.

What version of the SMA?
Does the user exist in Settings -> Users?
What is the Role of this user?
What URL are you using when trying to login?
After login attempt are there an error message displayed in the Logs tab -> Server Errors or K1000 Log?

Found it. I wasn't adding the email to the import schedule for who I wanted added. Thanks
