I need to Sort by State in Link
Hello,
Is it Possible that i can sort the Kace Tickets by State/Status with a hyperlink?
Something like this:
http://kbox.xxx/adminui/ticket_list.php?SEARCH_SELECTION_TEXT=xxxxxxx&SEARCH_SELECTION=xxxxxx&ORDER[]=sort_by_state
With this link it doesn´t sort it

I'm not sure I understand what you mean, why can't you just create the ticket list view and then order the view by clicking the column header? - Hobbsy 4 years ago

Having taken a good look, I think it is safe to say that this functionality does not appear to be available
