K1000 Response Templates
Has anyone figured out the Response Templates formatting issue? When we create a response template and try to use it as a canned response for tickets it loses all the formatting that we used when creating the template. Has anyone got a fix for this?

I've discovered you can actually use HTML in the response template. That at least fixed our issues. Only formatting problem we had was losing all of the new lines. Putting a <BR> after each line fixed that real quick.
