My admin password will not work for some reason. I can not log in using netdiag\netdiag or netdiag\gaidten. Can't figure out why password quit working.
Haven't used it in a while and have not forgotten password. I have in in a file that I can access.

Netdiag will only work at the console, and even then it gives you troubleshooting options. Are you talking about the admin account for the K1000, or an authenticated user?
If the latter, it's possible that your LDAP server can't be reached for some reason.
Either way, KACE support should be able reset the password for the local admin user.
