Queues emailing issue
Hello
About once a month all of my queues will uncheck all of the event notifications that are set in them.
Any Change | |||||
Owner Change | |||||
Status Change | |||||
Comment | |||||
Approval Change | |||||
Resolution Change | |||||
Escalation | |||||
SLA Violation | |||||
Ticket Closed | |||||
New Ticket Via Email I have to go back through and select them all again |
