Still new to Kace and need to run an uninstall McAfee patch for the old version of Virus protection?

I kind of got thrown into this as our admin left the company and I have no one to walk me through how to run this. Looking for a link or info on how to setup and run a patch that will uninstall the old McAfee virus?
