Users replying to comment emails
Currently running Version: 6.4.120822. We're trying to make sure that users can reply to ticket comments. So far testing has lead to any reply via email not ever reaching the ticket, instead we get an email not received error.
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
incidents@k1000.xxxx.local
Technical details of permanent failure:
DNS Error: 33770049 DNS type 'mx' lookup of k1000.xxxx.local responded with code NXDOMAIN
Domain name not found: k1000.xxxx.local
incidents@k1000.xxxx.local

Any suggestions on what needs to be changed?

1) Allow all users as submitters
2) Accept email from unknown users
Under Email on Events ensure that
1) Comment is enabled for all users
2) New Ticket via Email is enabled - Spicy2312 8 years ago
