What is the recommended computer synchronizing time with KBox Server? Like if I have 3000 computers then what should be the ideal synchronizing time which should not disrupt or reduce the server performance?

Run Interval default is 2 hours. Inventory Interval default is 0: run at the Run Interval frequency. Scripting Update Interval default is 1 hour. Adjust settings appropriately to keep the load average down.
From the K1000 Admin Guide:
Run Interval: How often the server asks each agent to report inventory, Custom Inventory, File Synchronization, Managed Installations, and to check for Agent Upgrades. Default is 2 hours.
Inventory Interval: How often the agent inventories the hardware and software for the machine. Default is 0, which means it runs at the same frequency as the Run Interval.
Scripting Update Interval: How often the agent checks for the latest scipts. Default is every hour.
Jeff is correct that you need to base adjustments to the defaults on the load average. I believe he is correct that this needs to stay under 10 or the GUI will stop responding, but I have also heard you will start to see sluggish behavior around 5. Support will be able to help you with these settings if needed.
If a point of refernce helps we have a client that is a school district with 7000 machines and they are on a 12 hour cycle and it works great for them. You might want to start off high and work your way down until you free comfortable with the load on the KBOX and also the amount of time actions take to do based on the check in interval.
