Yahoo mail doesn't open a ticket in K1000
My K1000 ServiceDesk doesn't open tickets from Yahoo mails. When I send a mail from Yahoo to my queue, that mail is returned with information about address not found but the address that wasn't finded is the "address mail" and in my environment, I use alternative email configured and the others mails I've been created tickets without problems. Thanks for helps.

Hi JasonEgg, thanks for your help.... and yes I checked the option "accept email from unknown user". Actually I already use that resource of k1000. Others e-mails works. - inhesta 7 years ago

can Yahoo accounts send to other addresses in your org? (maybe it was erroneously blacklisted?) - JasonEgg 7 years ago
